A season of becoming
Hello friends,
Here’s the collective message from the Light for this month. I really like how the Light calls this a season of becoming. This idea has come up a lot lately, and I love it because the energy is totally active while actually requiring very little activity. We can exist in this state of becoming, all the while trusting that everything we’ve experienced has brought us here, and so everything we are experiencing is forging us into who we’ll be next.
The Light reminds us that these formative times do require rest and whatever forms of meditation are currently working for you, and to be mindful of how your practice is changing as things are shifting both around you and within you.
The Light is also reminding us (always) to return to our grounding and protection practice whenever we’re feeling less-than-stable, and to notice how the things that make us feel grounded are changing too.

Collective message from the light for June of 2022
You are embarking on a time of deep discovery within, so that you might be more aware of the places you hold and the jobs you are both already doing, and those who are yet meant to do. This is true if you're moving into summertime or winter, this is a season of becoming, and as such requires a bit more time, space, rest, recovery, relaxation, and whatever forms of meditation occur to you organically and naturally.
This is not a time to do things because they work for someone else. Because at its very deep roots, this is a time that is allowing you to be more and more in tune with your own self, and your own needs, wants and desires on a soul level. Things might surprise you as they work or don't work the way they used to. Some of your tried and true coping mechanisms might now be out of date, but don't despair. This too is allowing you to tune in on a soul level and ask within, “what do I need right now?” Be sure you're aware in the moment that the answers might change as things shift around you.
This is a very dynamic time on this planet, and as such, nothing is remaining the same. Whereas things used to pause at times and allow for some sense of status quo, now the shifting is taking place so rapidly, there is no time for stasis — it just keeps moving. This constant flux along with many other factors environmentally, socially, globally, are making a lot of people feel really unstable. If you find yourself feeling this too, return to the basics — grounding and protection — but leave room for your practice of grounding and protection to change slightly, or even drastically at times. Tune in and ask what it looks like right now each and every time you ground and protect. Ask yourself what will make you feel most grounded right now.
The other important aspect to be aware of right now is how you will be available to those who need healing as you move through life. When you're taking care of your own grounding and protection and your field is a space of clear flow for light and healing, every encounter with others has the potential to help them feel more grounded and help them move through the shifts in a more personally balanced and harmonious way. This isn't something you need to work at. It's not that you have to be a therapist to everyone you come into contact with. It's just a stabilizing effect your field will have when you are working for stability, balance and harmony within. And also, you are being reminded not to get stuck when you feel unstable in any kind of judgment or self recrimination. It is part of being human and living here for things to be a bit of a rocky roller coaster at times. Remind yourself at these times that everything is in constant motion. And then, if you allow it, you will move through these difficult and challenging times. When you beat yourself up for feeling badly, you're choosing to stay in the bad feelings, but when you acknowledge them and allow yourself to move through them, you continue in and within the flow of light and healing.
Seek help when you need it from therapists or friends or safe family members. Be mindful of the gentleness and generosity you can bring to this work of healing yourself, and continue to seek ways to choose kindness both to yourself and others. Go gently into and through these energies and notice how the shifts and changes are shifting and changing you as you address each and every new opportunity for growth, healing and love.

The light is recommending as an exercise that you keep a journal, if you choose, of what feels most grounding for you each day. And then review. How has that changed day to day, or even moment to moment? Don't try and define it or what it means, just allow yourself to pay attention to the shifts and flows around and through you.
