The Wobbles are Part of the Work, So Do it Now

Hello Friends,

Today’s message is also from last October, and when I transcribed it today it was exactly what my heart needed to hear. So, here it is for you, also. I have decided to share these messages pretty much exactly how I receive them (with all of my wobbles included) because, what the Light told me today is that those of you reading this will be having similar wobbles and are on similar paths of being called to share your gifts with the world. At the end, I talk with my guides about writing, but whatever your work of creation is, apply those words. Ahramein tells me to develop a close relationship with my computer, but whatever your tools are — if you’re a painter or visual artist your brushes and paints are likely your dear companions — talk to them like you would your best and most supportive friends.

- Ok, I just meditated — kind of — and I wasn’t terribly successful, but as I watched my thoughts I came to understand that I am worried about EVERYTHING. Everything I think about, the common energy is WORRY. I “understand” with my mind that the antidote to worry is being in the flow. And when I heard that, it was the closest to actually being in the flow I got.

I’m asking my guides for help. How do I?

* Ahramein: Keep practicing. This really is a habit, like you read (in Sri M’s “On Meditation”). You will get better and as you do, it will be a transformative practice. This will take you so much farther in your spiritual development and expansion, because it is time to leave your mind behind and be in the flow — more full-time. This too is an expansion not a distinction, so don’t think of this as something you’re to achieve. It’s a progression.

But also don’t think that because you’re where you’re at and not farther along that you don’t have anything to offer. You need to get the work out there from where you are now, and you need to trust us right now when we say it is important for it to be coming from where you are — right now. You can’t trust yourself yet, so you have to trust us when we say these things. They are true.

People need help right now. And not the help of ascended gurus — they need the help of people who are struggling also, who see them and understand them and can meet them in their places of worry and concern and say, “Let’s go over here into peace instead.”

It’s not about co-wallowing, it’s about compassion through the understanding of experience. 

Like we’ve said, your experiences are so you can help others. Anxiety is a prevailing problem here in this world right now — with very good cause. But it is not the most healing frequency. To say, “I have this too and this is what I’m learning,” holds a much higher frequency of healing that you can even comprehend right now.

Also, to say, “I have coped in these ways, but these ways are even more effective,” is also a higher healing frequency than you are aware.

This is how you work — this is how you’ve worked too, in the experience of your soul over many, many lifetimes. You experience so that you can help others. There is a lot of light in that.

You can’t trust yourself still, so trust us and work on trusting yourself. Your soul knew what it was doing incarnating in the ways it did — throughout all the different existences. And your soul and the Light knew what they were doing to incarnate you in this place at this time. Be aware of this. When you become SO WORRIED, remember this. There are challenges you face because of the here and now, but they are not more than the Light is capable of overcoming.

Don’t try to THINK about what the healing that will take place for you, for others, and for the Planet will look like — that stops the flow. Just trust the Light and be open to discovering what healing looks like.

This is part of why your new practice of mediation is important because so much more than what your mind is capable of imagining is possible and you need to release yourself from the limitations currently holding you back. Let go and believe in the work of Light.

- It’s hard to quiet my mind because it’s almost constantly writing, whether I’m actually writing or not.

* A: It’s the creative flow, through you. You need to write more of it down. Once you allow yourself to just do it instead of thinking so much about it, it won’t feel so much like chaos. It’s the backlog of energy that doesn’t get to actually come out that feels so chaotic.

But when you meditate, even that will quiet. So you need to become more aware of what is what. What is your mind chattering (worrying) and what is the creative flow of Light. There is a difference in frequency and you can find out by writing everything down.

- That sounds exhausting.

* A: No more exhausting than keeping the energy all buzzing through your head. You have to let it go. Once you do, you’ll find you’re much less anxious all the time because the energy will have an outlet.

Just sit down and write. Don’t think about what to write or how to write or how it sounds or how it will turn out. Just let it flow and flow and flow. Get your computer out and develop a close relationship with it beyond watching TV. Do it now.

EXERCISE FROM THE LIGHT

Do something that makes your heart happy today. Do it mindfully and fully commit all of your energy to it. I’m going to get some of my books out of the boxes they’re packed away in and put them on the shelves we built several years ago. Books make my heart so happy! Do something that is only for you and makes your heart happy.
