Visualization for Protection and Clearing

Here is a visualization that recently came through from the Light for protection and clearing. I was reminded of it recently when I really needed it, so I used it and it really helped. I hope you find it helpful, too.

Visualize yourself completely encased inside a quartz crystal that has eight sides and goes up to a point above your head and down to a point below your feet. Next bring a brilliant bright white light that is sparkling in rainbows down through the point above your head, through your head, neck, spine, legs and out your feet and down and out of the crystal point below you. And then visualize the prismatic bright white light expanding out from your center until it fills the whole crystal. You can also visualize the crystal, which is impenetrable from the outside, having an inner membrane of transmutation, so as the bright white light clears any and all energies that are not of light from your field, they leave the crystal through that memebrane and are transmuted to light as they do.
