Surfing the Tsunamis

The Light came through very strongly with this message this morning regarding the week to come (May 20-26, 2019). However, I’m guided to remind you that if you find yourself here at some time outside this week, it’s because you’re meant to read this whenever you read it.

This week, it is important for you to hang on while things shift and change all around you. The Earth and the cosmos are in flux and this is a proverbial surfboard moment. A tsunami is here, and your job and your challenge is to stay on your surfboard and not go under with the wave.

This will not be easy, but it is achievable, for you have done the work to build the skills to maintain balance, even in the most extreme circumstances. Trust your work, trust your inner guidance and trust that what comes of this is for the best and highest good of all.

It is difficult for you who are in form to see and understand the arcs of time, but you are not entirely meant to. That is part of being in form. It is to learn to trust above all your own guidance through your soul’s unique connection to Light, to All That Is, to Source.

As you look around this week, it will not be easy to maintain this perspective, but the work of rising above 3-D and maintaining your connection to your guidance in and through Light will make you stronger and more able to navigate what will come and surf the succession of tsunamis that are on their way.

In many ways, this is just the beginning. These are dark times, but this is said to fortify and prepare and engage you, not to send you into a cycle of fear. The opposing forces would love for you to descend into fear, but instead the challenge and the job is to ascend into higher and higher frequencies of light through your own connection to Source, through your own inner guidance. This cannot be said enough: Your own inner guidance through your own soul’s connection to Light is and must be your higher calling, for that is what will bring the most light through and that is what will amplify that light and show others how to amplify their own light. And that is what will eventually overwhelm the opposing forces and tip the scales back in favor of Light.

Remember too that the scales will never tip out of favor of Light, no matter how dark or desperate times may seem. This is a cycle of dark times, meant to bring about further enlightenment en masse. So keep up your own good work. Don’t be naive either. Keep your awareness trained on what’s going on around you, but don’t lose the will to live and keep going in the depressing actions of those around you. Keep your head up, stay on your surfboard and ride the tsunamis.

It also must be said that you should not beat yourself up when you fall off, because balancing is a dynamic process, not a static one. So, if you fall off and feel yourself descending into fear and darkness, simply stop, allow whatever feelings or emotions need to be processed. Watch them as you process them. Seek answers to what they are meant to show you, why you are being triggered and what transmutation is meant to be taking place. And then get back up on your surfboard and move on.

This is the dynamic nature of balancing — to be able to do the work that is indicated by the more intense, more emotional, more triggered moments without drowning in the waves. To let go of all of that — in light, in true transmutation, and then to keep on going. Because there is work to be done, and you and the light you bring are needed for that work.

I always engage more fully with a message when I get a little homework to bring the energy all the way through. If you’re like me, here’s a little assignment for the week, to help you integrate what’s been said:

This week, I encourage you to carry a little notebook with you and jot down every time you feel your energy waning or feel yourself drop in frequency. This might manifest in feelings of exhaustion, desperation, hopelessness. It could just come in waves of sadness or grief or fear. Anytime you have one of these intense moments that lowers your frequencies, stop what you’re doing and write it down. This will engage the watcher in you, and immediately begin to transmute the energy.

Then, if you’d like, you can visualize yourself on that proverbial surfboard, effortlessly riding the waves. Visualize a bright blue sky above you and bask in the rays of the sun all around you. Feel yourself recalibrating and rebalancing and then move on with your day.

Do this as many times as needed, and then at the end of the week, read back through what you wrote down and notice any patterns to what you were feeling. Ask yourself, what did I learn? What transmutation took place? Do I feel different than I did at the beginning of the week?

So much healing can take place in these times, so stay with the Light and with your higher calling.

If you feel a bit stuck or in need of more guidance, you might like to have a private reading. HERE’S THE LINKwhere you can find out more about this service and contact me to schedule.
